Desert Mountain Consultants in Anesthesia, P.C. (DMC) has been acquired by Sheridan Healthcare. DMC provides anesthesia and pain services at thirteen locations in Phoenix, Arizona. Provident Healthcare Partners served as exclusive financial advisor to DMC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
