BOSTON, MA – Baystate Dental, PC (Baystate) has completed a recapitalization with North East Dental Management (NEDM), a portfolio company of Sentinel Capital Partners (Sentinel). Baystate is a full service general and specialty dentistry practice located in Western Massachusetts. Provident Healthcare Partners served as exclusive financial advisor to Baystate. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
