Provident Healthcare Partners (“Provident”), a leading healthcare investment banking firm, announced it has advised Florida Eye Specialists & Cataract Institute (“FESCI”) in its partnership with Sight360, a portfolio company of SBJ Capital. FESCI is a vertically integrated ophthalmology and optometry practice with 10 locations and 33 physicians in the greater Tampa Bay area.
Provident’s deal team was led by Managing Director, Kevin Palamara, and Vice President, Steven Grassa.
