Provident Healthcare Partners (“Provident”), a leading healthcare investment banking firm, announced it has advised Hawaii Endodontics (“Hawaii Endo”) in its partnership with MB2 Dental (“MB2”), a portfolio company of Charlesbank Capital Partners and Warburg Pincus. Hawaii Endo is a leading dental practice specializing in advanced endodontic care throughout the island of Oahu, with locations in Aiea, Kailua, and Honolulu.

Provident’s deal team was led by Director AJ Shekar and supported by Vice President Chris Schlesinger and Senior Associate Ankit Amin. Ascendant served as legal counsel to Hawaii Endo and Steckler Wayne & Love served as legal counsel to MB2. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
